There are three possible lesson formats. If you are interested in participating in a group intro,
please email me and I will put
you on a list to receive notification of such workshops. Your email address is

to learn about pricing options. Individual lessons: During an individual lesson you will receive intensive hands on
one-on-one work. Although the
primary focus of lessons will be to improve the use of the head/neck/back
relationship throughout all actions, lessons will be tailored to individual
issues. Group lessons: Group lessons will involve hands on work for each member in addition to various group activities designed to increase awareness and inhibition of habitual reactions. Groups can have a maximum of 4 members. Group intoduction plus a series of lessons: This option will include one group introduction and
demonstration of the concepts of the Alexander Technique followed by a series
of short twenty-minute lessons for each of the group members. For this option, there is a five
lesson minimum and no limit to enrollment. |
